Finding our Strength - oil painting

Oh, our strength is not always obvious and visible. Sometimes it's not calculable at all that our quality will make us survive,  be successful or free. 

It is unpredictable therefore exiting. 

What goes 'further' that hotness of the  pepper or the lightness of the feather?

Paprikas - still life, oil painting

If you are a tourist in our small country (Hungary),  the first and most important thing you meet on your first day in Budapest  is paprika.
So I became a tourist on the fresh market as I saw these wonderful and fresh, hot paprikas. And it was obvious that I needed to paint my paprikas' version freshly.

Pepper Party and Calendulas Shadows

I couldn't leave these lovely peppers alone. They've got new friends... calendulas.
That curly shadow in the right corner... that was exciting.
As I paint more and more, I can experiment that shadows are so important for me. If I go further this direction it may be that a whole composition would be on shadows only...
